Mission Statement
To proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to edify the Church of Jesus Christ, with Biblically based music and drama which glorifies God, and to train and encourage others to use their God-given gifts in serving the King of Kings. "Let each man use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering GodÂ’s grace in its various forms. To Him be the glory forever and ever." 1Peter 4:10,11
Barry was an agnostic college student, when a missionary presented the truth of GodÂ’s Word to him through the Biblical prophecies and their fulfillment. Barry studied and read the New Testament for six weeks. He said if the Bible was the truth, he would dedicate his life to it. The Lord saved Barry Minsky at age 19. The Lord called Barry to the Gospel ministry. Barry dedicated his life and gifts to the Lord; he began studies to prepare for the ministry.
Nancy was an active church member when the Holy Spirit spoke to her heart. The message of salvation and repentence through Jesus Christ was preached and God saved Nancy at age 15. The Lord gave Nancy a burden for souls. She dedicated her life and her talent to the Lord.
Barry and Nancy married in 1963.

THOSE WHO MINISTER NEWSLETTER ~~ OCTOBER, 2007
photography, writing, and communication are the means we have to remember. When we have lost our joy, we reminisce and seek encouragement. Our foundation, comfort, and strength is in God and His Word.
The people of Israel had been in captivity. The city of God had deteriorated. Jerusalem's walls had been worn down; animals lived and roamed within; the people of God had no security. God called Nehemiah to rebuild His city amidst insurmountable obstacles and negative attitudes from his antagonist Sandballat and his gang.
Did you ever feel that your foundation was falling apart? One problem after another – people, health, finances. Where do we turn, and who did god give us as an example?
What could Nehemiah do? How could he possibly complete the task God had called him to? After all, Nehemiah was one man. What can one man and God do? What can you and I do to serve the Lord? First, identify your call and foundation.
Nehemiah was consistent--a man of Integrity! He did not come down from rebuilding the wall. He didn’t respond to the jeers of Sandballat, “What are these feeble Jews doing? Are they going to restore it for themselves?” Nehemiah didn’t stop from completing his call of God in integrity. “Former governors who were before him laid burdens on the people and took from them.” Today, where we find honorable servants of God, we must support them and thank God for them.
Do not be grieved for the joy of the Lord is your strength.” Nehemiah’s secret power was confidence in God. He didn’t let the criticism, jealousy, and pride of others deter him from his mission. He didn’t allow Satan to discourage him and cause harm to him or to God’s work. He set the example for us to “be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.”
Next step -- Continue to love the Sandballat in your life; pray for him; be kind when he is not; never speak against him, rather go to God with your burden and requests. An antagonist can destroy us or spurn us on. Satan only works to destroy God’s faithful servants. “The Lord is faithful, and He will strengthen and protect you from the evil one.”
Thank you! Your prayers are important in our lives and ministry.” Please pray for God’s strength and healing for Barry. Jesse’s brain surgery was successful; he’s on seizure meds; he plays piano, and drums in church, bass in the city youth orchestra. “The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.”

The Bible says “God chose us in Christ before the foundation of the world that we should be holy.”1 God is holy. “There is no one holy like the Lord.”2 God cannot look on sin. Humans are not holy; we naturally want to sin. “All have sinned and come short of the glory of God.” 3 God established His Ten Commandments as rules to obey and to live by.4 Everyone has broken God’s Law; we have separated ourselves from God. “The soul who sins will die.”5
“God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever would believe on Him, would not perish, but have everlasting life.”6 We must recognize that: 1) we are sinners who have chosen to separate ourselves from God 2) “He who believes in the Son has eternal life; but he who does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.” 7 “God has made Jesus both Lord and Christ.”8 We must recognize that Jesus is God and has died for our sins. We must recognize we have broken God’s Law and have sinned. We must seek His forgiveness and “repent and turn to God”9 Ask Christ to forgive you and your sin and to come into your life and save you.
Trust in God and His Word. “These things have been written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, in order that you may know that you have eternal life.”10 Jesus said, “Everyone who shall confess Me before men, I will also confess him before My Father who is in heaven. But whoever shall deny Me before men, I will deny him before My Father who is in heaven.”11 Therefore, share the truth of God’s Word and “Go into all the world and preach the Gospel to all creation.”12
